The Chiromar Sovereign State

Solan

A centralized vampire monarchy ruled by the Pureblood Queens Solàar and Solara Sterling. Built upon ancient conjurer magic, hierarchical bloodlines, and ritualistic Chiromar culture, Solan stands as one of Selia’s two major powers.

Overview

The Chiromar Empire

Solan is one of the two major powers formed in Selia following the end of the centuries-long Vericanis–Chiromar War. Ruled by the Pureblood Queens Solàar and Solara Sterling, Solan is a centralized vampire monarchy built upon ancient conjurer magic, hierarchical bloodlines, and a deeply ritualistic culture rooted in its supernatural origins.

Capital

Saint Denis

A thriving metropolis and center of interstate trade and political influence within Chiromar society. While Saint Denis draws the Chiromar together, it is not the home of the Pureblood throne. Instead, it serves as the critical thruway to Guarma, the true seat of the throne.

State Gemstone

Ruby

A deep crimson gem believed to resonate with arcane energy. Associated with longevity, power, and the metaphysical hunger imbued into the first Purebloods, ruby is used in royal regalia and ceremonial rites.

Ancient Language

Solanés

A linguistic remnant of the conjurers’ arcane lexicon. Solanés is a tonal, symbolic language used in rituals, bloodbinding decrees, and ancient scripture. It is spoken only by the royal family and loyal Nobilis.

History

Origins of Solan

The origins of Solan lie in the conjurers’ desperate attempt to halt the growing threat of the Vericanis. Through a forbidden ritual involving blood, bats, and elemental sigils, the conjurers crafted the Pureblood Queens, intending to create weapons powerful enough to defend humankind. Upon their awakening, Solàar and Solara consumed nearly all conjurer magic through blood absorption, causing an overload of dark energy that birthed their children — Solam, Solen, and Soleil. These hybrid immortals became the foundation of the Chiromar bloodline.

After seizing control of their birthplace, the Queens expanded aggressively. Entire villages fell under their dominion, giving rise to four notable Chiromar classes: Nobilis, Messor, Semivivus, and Vagus.

As their forces grew, conflict with the Vericanis Silvani became inevitable. The ensuing war lasted centuries and devastated both species. Solan was born the night Achilles Silverclaw signed the peace treaty in Valentine. With formal borders established and hostilities paused, the Queens consolidated their rule, forming a sovereign nation built atop the remnants of war.

Nobilis

The noble elite closest to royal purity and Chiromar high society.

Messor

Reapers driven by hunger, violence, and unstable vampiric instinct.

Semivivus

Dhampir hybrids carrying incomplete fragments of Chiromar transformation.

Vagus

Rogues who resist rule and thrive outside the polished order of the monarchy.
